COVID-19 Protocols
We are please to be seeing patients at this time and are complying with the necessary steps to keep our patients and staff safe in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are following all of our city, state and national guidelines for re-opening and this has changed the way we are seeing patients. We ask for your patience as we implement the following changes.
—ALL PATIENTS WILL NEED TO CALL THE OFFICE UPON ARRIVAL—PLEASE DO NOT COME INTO THE WAITING ROOM UNTIL INSTRUCTED TO DO SO BY STAFF.
This is in accordance with the state’s request that we maintain social distancing and utilize a “parking-lot” style waiting room. We will also utilize the rooms in our office to the full extent they are available.
—ALL PATIENTS WILL HAVE A TEMPERATURE CHECKED UPON ARRIVAL AND WILL NEED TO FILL OUT AN ADDITIONAL COVID-19 QUESTIONNAIRE
Additionally, if you develop symptoms after being seen in our office, please notify us so that we can begin monitoring other patients seen that day as well as our staff.
—ALL PATIENTS (AND ANY ACCOMPANYING ADULT FOR A MINOR) WILL NEED TO WEAR A MASK UNTIL BEING SEEN.
This can be a bandana, homemade mask or other similar mask as outlined by the CDC.
—HAND SANITIZER IS AVAILABLE UPON ENTRANCE AND EXIT, PLEASE USE IT TO MINIMIZE ANY CROSS CONTAMINATION BETWEEN PATIENTS AND/OR STAFF.
—PATIENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ACCESS AND DOWNLOAD THE HEALTHY HISTORY FORMS ON OUR WEBSITE, FILL THEM OUT IN ADVANCE, AND BRING THESE TO THEIR APPOINTMENT.
This will help expedite the checkin process.
—IN THE MEANTIME, WE WILL CONTINUE TO UTILIZE OUR PPE WITH ENHANCED N95 FACEMASK FOR OUR (AND YOUR) PROTECTION.
—PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS. WE LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING WITH YOU DURING THIS UNPRECEDENTED TIME.
—PLEASE KNOW WE ARE TRYING TO KEEP OUR PATIENTS AND STAFF SAFE. AS WE DO SO, WE ARE GRATEFUL FOR YOUR PATIENCE.
